During group classes, all participants go through the same series of exercises and feed off the energy of their classmates. Students are encouraged to keep up with the instructor, but always allowed to exercise at their own pace. Partner exercises are often incorporated into the workout as well.
Many students prefer to learn in a one on one setting, and are able to progress much faster with the special attention offered from private classes. Here workouts can be designed to meet the student’s personal abilities and fitness goals.
